Abstract

The paper presents the findings of the influence of stakeholders on Environmentally Sustainable Policies and Practices (ESPPs) in the Australian hotel industry. This study aims to ascertain this influence from the perspective of the managers of the hotels and the study involved a range of hotels of different profiles and management structures.
